Alfred & Teresa - The Grand Del Mar

110 guests flew in from Ohio to celebrate with Alfred and Teresa and what a night it was! Paige and the team at The Grand Del Mar did an outstanding job as usual and LaVonne from Adorations went above and beyond on the floral designs. Over 16o roses were used on the Sweetheart table alone. All in all it was one stunning celebration. Old school R&B was the flavor of the evening and the bride and groom loved to dance! Entertainment At Large is proud to be referred by the Grand Del Mar and Mike looks forward to being back again on May 2nd.

Russ & Ashley - The Rancho Bernardo Inn

Ashley is a photographer and she works with one of my favorite's Jen Dery. We have done several weddings together so I was really excited when she asked me to DJ hers. Ashley's a lot of fun to work with and I knew the wedding would be a great one. She and her new hubby Russ chose "Into the Mystic" by Van Morrison for the first dance and it set a great tone for the night. The sleeper hit of the reception was "Maneater" by Hall and Oates, it was a late request and I hadn't played it in years but it packed the floor. The Rancho Bernardo Inn did their usual great job and Brooke Migdall was the coordinator and that made for a stress free night. Ashley's boss and amazing photographer Jen Dery was there to shoot the wedding and her husband John was shooting as well. Good times and I know great photos!

Adam & Jaime - The Maderas Golf Club

Adam and Jaime wanted a location that could handle that was private and had both a great ceremony and reception area...The Maderas Golf Club was a perfect choice! They only do one event a day and the view is stunning. Susan and her staff are great to work with and the food is excellent. Both Adam & Jaime are teachers so I did a custom edit of "Hot for Teacher" as we introduced the newlyweds and they went right into their first dance which was a great Tim McGraw song "You Just Get Better All the Time". Entertainment At Large designed the lighting utilizing a mix of up lighting, a pin spot on the cake and custom gobo. Katrina O'Donnell did an wonderful job on the flowers, Calla Lilys were featured and they looked like they were just picked. We had a full dance floor all night and Adam and Jaime really enjoyed the reception...I love my job!

Gartzen & Nas - The Hotel Del Coronado

The Grand Ballroom at the Hotel Del Coronado is the perfect space for a big celebration and Gartzen and Nas filled it with about 300 guests ready to have fun. The bride and groom chose the song "Differences" by Genuwine for their first dance and the floor stayed packed from that point forward. Nas wanted to incorporate some Persian music in the mix as well and it went over great. Melissa Barrad was the coordinator and Kathy Wright and Company as usual did an amazing job with the florals. Shannon Henry was the photographer and Norma from NR3 handled the video, a bunch of pros and fun to work with. If you ever need vendor referrals please feel free to contact Entertainment At Large! I love big ethnic weddings and this one was a blast!!
